I was a little skeptical of buying an open-box item, but this keyboard has been the best addition to my gaming experience. It provides comfort, ease-of-use, and practicality all-in-one. The keys are big, smooth, and provide the feedback many gamers look for. It is most definitely plug-and-play, and the software provides some more functionality. I have no complaints about this device, it has met my expectations, and will continue to support Redragon in the future, considering my experience with this purchase.

have had this key board for a week now and i love it so far my only complaint is that the software is a bit on the garbage side the lighting RGB control is lame. my only other prob is the it would have been nice to have some tactile bump or a different texture on the AWSD key find my hand shifting without realizing it but not too big of a deal. over all very happy with this board.
